Our systematic quality assurance system has enabled us to register ourselves with ISO 9001:2008 IBR, DGQA and NSIC. We check that the quality of our equipment is maintained throughout our production process right from the procurement of raw material to the actual delivery of the finished products.

• Suspension rate of fluid

We have facilities for both destructive & non destructive testing that is required for proper boiler inspection by I.B.R. The arrangement for stress relieving is done near our factory to facilitate necessary heat treatment as per I.B.R. We have a team of quality control assurance engineers who continually try to improve the effectiveness of Quality Management System by relevant findings from Management Review Committee meetings. We also have associations with some of the recognized organizations, which help us to get our equipment tested as on the client’s request.

In our endeavor to offer maximum satisfaction to our widespread clients, we have proper arrangement for efficient after sales services after the delivery of the equipment. We have established service centers at various locations across the country such as Baroda, Mumbai & New Delhi to assist our clients.

Our trained technicians undertake & co-ordinate erection, commissioning & servicing of all finished equipment on turnkey basis at the same time training the client’s representatives for the proper handling of the boilers.
